If you have passed the shop over the last day or two, you might have noticed the blinds are down and things look a bit chaotic inside.

We are officially closed for two weeks for a major store refurb and workshop relocation.

To clear up the most important thing straight away: WE ARE NOT MOVING LOCATION! We are staying right here in our Malvern home, but we are completely reorganising the layout inside. Moving the workshop and upgrading the shop floor layout will allow us to offer a much smoother service, faster workshop turnarounds, and a better overall experience when you come in to look at bikes and gear.

Here is what you need to know while the tools are out and the paint is drying:

Workshop & Repairs

Our workshop team is in the middle of moving heavy machinery, benches, and tools into their new home within the building. Because of this, we cannot take any new repair or service bookings until we reopen in the second week of August. Once we are back up and running, the new workshop setup will make getting your bike booked in and serviced slicker than ever.

Phones & Contact

Our shop phone lines will be turned off while we push through the manual work. However, we aren't completely off the grid! We will be regularly checking emails throughout the day.

If you want to buy a bike that is listed in stock on our website, drop us an email and we can still facilitate bike purchases and collections during the refurb.

Back in August

We are working as quickly as we can to get the work finished so we can open the doors again in the second week of August, bigger, better, and ready for the rest of the riding season.
